Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the items in your order and your delivery address.

Free delivery within New Zealand
Free shipping applies to all qualifying orders delivered within New Zealand only.

Flat rate New Zealand shipping
Rural delivery incurs an additional $10 charge on top of the flat rate.
Free shipping exclusions
The following items are excluded from free shipping:

- Safes (if rural) — safes larger than "5 gun" cannot be sent to rural addresses
- Dangerous goods and some liquids (CO2, tanning kits)
- Bulky items (chilly bins, decoys, pig trap doors, etc)
Multiple quantities of bulk sized items such as safes, chiller boxes and decoys may be subject to additional freight charges. We will contact you with a freight quote.
Delivery to PO Boxes
We cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes within New Zealand.
Delivery times
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of order to the address advised by you. You will receive an email with tracking details once the item has been dispatched.
Any delivery times provided by Outdoor Shop are estimates only. Outdoor Shop does not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries. In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such. Bulky/heavy orders will often take longer, so please factor this into any orders for large items.
International delivery
Yes, we can deliver to international addresses! Please contact us for a quote.
Signature required
Our standard shipping is non-signature required for delivery. Please add a note to your order cart if you would like a signature to be obtained for delivery. Please note that signature delivery is not an option for rural addresses.
Damaged or unseen deliveries
Unseen deliveries and damaged parcels/product must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery or a courier claim may be invalid.
Lost or stolen packages
Outdoor Shop will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered at the specified address given to us.
Incorrect delivery details
Outdoor Shop will not be responsible for undeliverable packages by means of incorrectly given delivery addresses or undeliverable electronic shipping notices by means of incorrect email or SPAM folder designations. We encourage you to please ensure your personal information given to us is correct to help avoid any further complications.
